Queensland E-Bike Laws & Rider Eligibility Declaration
From August 2026, Queensland e-bike laws include age, licensing, supervision and operational requirements that apply to riders of e-bikes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you, and any person who uses equipment supplied under your booking, comply with all applicable laws. By completing this declaration, you confirm that you have reviewed these requirements, understand them, and certify that all riders are legally eligible to participate.
